1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Milivzen (milivzen.com), browsing products, placing an order through Guest Checkout or a registered account, or communicating with us through supported channels such as WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies. 2. Products & Health Disclaimer Livzen offers dental and oral-care, herbal, cosmetic, wellness, nutritional, and handcrafted lifestyle products. Product information is provided for general informational and wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, dental, or healthcare advice. Customers should review ingredients, instructions, and warnings before use and seek professional advice where appropriate. 3. Natural & Handcrafted Products Products made from natural materials, including Bengal jute (Paat), natural fibres, grasses, and other plant-based materials, may have minor variations in colour, texture, weave, shape, dimensions, and natural scent. Such variations are inherent to natural and handcrafted products and, where consistent with the product description, do not by themselves constitute a defect. 4. Account & Guest Checkout Account registration is optional, and eligible customers may place orders through secure Guest Checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, billing, and delivery information. Livzen may use the information provided to process orders, verify payments, communicate delivery updates, and provide customer support in accordance with our Privacy/Data Policy. 5. Orders, Pricing & Payments All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), with applicable taxes handled as stated on the relevant product listing. Livzen may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and, where permitted by law, cancel affected orders with an appropriate refund. Manual UPI/QR payments may require transaction or UTR verification, and fraudulent or manipulated payment information may result in order cancellation and appropriate action. 6. Intellectual Property & Platform Use All Milivzen branding, trademarks, product content, website design, photographs, text, graphics, formulations, and other protected materials belong to or are lawfully used by Livzen or their respective rights holders. Unauthorized copying, commercial use, scraping, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law. 7. Platform Availability & Liability We aim to provide a reliable and secure platform .Livzen is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party service interruptions, courier issues, natural events, or other force-majeure circumstances.
